Nefena is an AI-assisted website building and hosting service operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Türkiye. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Service Provider identified below, and "you" refers to the person using the service.
Payments are not made to us directly. Dodo Payments, Inc. acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. This means your purchase is legally a transaction between you and Dodo Payments, Inc.: they collect the payment, calculate and remit applicable taxes, and issue your invoice. Their name appears on your card statement. We remain responsible for providing the service itself and for supporting you.

Nefena lets you describe your business in your own words and generates a website from that description using artificial intelligence. You can then edit the result, publish it, connect a domain name, and add optional modules.
Current prices are published on our pricing page and are stated in US dollars. The price shown at the time of purchase applies.
This is important, so we state it plainly: the text and layout produced by our AI may contain errors, inaccuracies or wording that does not fit your business. AI output is a starting point, not a finished professional product.
You are responsible for reviewing everything before publishing, and you remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content on your published site — including any claims about prices, qualifications, certifications, or regulated activities. We do not review or verify the content you publish.
Credits are a prepaid unit of account used to pay for AI generation and AI editing. They are not electronic money and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used outside Nefena.
New accounts receive a one-time allocation of free credits. This allocation is granted once per person, not once per account.
Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are lost — see our Refund Policy for when a refund is available instead.
Hosting is billed as a recurring subscription, monthly or annually as you choose at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your site remains online until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend the published site after notifying you. Repeated failure may result in the site being taken offline permanently.
You own the content you provide — your business information, texts and images you upload. You also own the website generated for you, and you may take it elsewhere at any time.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce and display that content solely to operate the service: generating your site, hosting it, and showing it to your visitors. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Stock photographs offered inside the editor come from third-party libraries and remain subject to those providers' licences. Our software, templates and platform remain our property.
Some industries are excluded because the payment and hosting providers we rely on do not permit them. This is not a judgement about your business — we simply cannot serve it through this automated service. Contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help another way. These are:

We may suspend or remove a site that breaches this section, and we may do so without prior notice where the breach is serious or where we are legally required to act.
Delivering the service requires third parties: Dodo Payments, Inc. for payments, hosting and infrastructure providers for keeping your site online, an AI provider for generation, and a domain registrar where you buy a domain. Their availability is outside our control. Where a domain is registered in your name, the registrar's own terms apply to that registration.
We work to keep the service running but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level, and we may carry out maintenance that briefly interrupts access. We may change or discontinue features; where a change removes something you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your mandatory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. On deletion your published site is taken offline immediately and your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, so that an accidental deletion can be reversed.
We may terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we cease operating the service — in the last case we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid amounts.
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it. The current version is always published on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules of the country where you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
Because Dodo Payments, Inc. is the merchant of record, questions about a payment, invoice or chargeback may also be raised with them directly under their own terms.
